Bank Draw Inspection
A bank draw inspection gives banks insight into how much work has been done, and how much is left to do on a project that they are funding. This inspection is a visual inspection of the presence of materials and the estimated completion of work applying to the current deadline. Generally, a project manager or home builder will accompany the inspector on site to answer any questions and allow access to the premises. The reports differ from standard inspection reports in that they focus more on completion and the storage and usage of funded materials. We typically provide a zipped folder of pictures in a short email noting the point of contact, what kind of trades were on site, the weather, whether there was any change orders or materials stored elsewhere.
